I have a deep and abiding love of all things Marathi. I particularly enjoy P.L Deshpande's essays and have translated a few of them ("pAliv pakshi", "Chitale Master", "haritAtya", "nArAyan") from "Vyakti ani Valli" mostly to share my enjoyment of them with my non-Marathi speaking family.
